Arbèl is a supplier of cleanroom-conditioned high-quality sheet metal, welding components, and precision constructions. For years, Arbèl has been dedicated to delivering customized products with exceptional finishes and short lead times. In the past, we outsourced cleanroom cleaning and packaging to external parties; however, this unfortunately placed additional pressure on our quality standards and desired delivery timelines. Having our own cleanroom allows us flexibility, prompt delivery, and the final inspection of end products in-house. An additional yet crucial benefit is the sustainability of the entire process, as the products remain within our facility, significantly reducing transport movements. This choice aligns perfectly with our vision for a sustainable future.
Quality
The responsibility for the product or component does not conclude upon production. Thanks to the performance of the PanelBloc cleanroom ISO Class 7, we facilitate Grade 4 and Grade 2 cleaning and packaging. This allows us to deliver every component or product emerging from our production even more comprehensively.
The highest achievable cleanliness at Arbènel currently stands at grade 2 vacuum cleanliness. This can only be accomplished if considerations are made during the production of the components.
We are pleased to share how we have established our procedures and how our process is secured, as this level of cleanliness cannot be attained through traditional manufacturing methods.
For purities that require an analysis, such as an RGA measurement, we also provide this together with our progressive suppliers.
The semi-automatic ultrasonic cleaning line
A semi-automatic ultrasonic cleaning line. In the main area, the products are meticulously cleaned, inspected, and packaged in accordance with ASML grade 4 specifications. The performance of the cleanroom (ISO class 7) is also suitable for ASML grade 2 tasks.
