Thanks to the performance of our ISO Class 7 PanelBloc cleanroom, we offer in-house Grade 4 cleaning and packaging. This allows us to deliver your components or products with an even higher level of integration and service.
We are transparent about our standards, our procedures, and how our processes are safeguarded. Effective cleaning, however, starts long before the cleanroom; it is integrated into every stage of our production. For cleanliness requirements that demand RGA (Residual Gas Analysis) measurements, we work closely with our forward-thinking partners to provide full certification.
The semi-automatic ultrasonic cleaning line
In the main cleanroom area, products are cleaned, inspected, and packaged according to ASML Grade 4 specifications. Our ISO Class 7 cleanroom is also fully equipped to facilitate ASML Grade 2 operations.
