The production of components or products can commence once we have the 3D drawings. These can be supplied by you or we can create them for you. Arbèl collaborates on manufacturability, material selection, and cost-effectiveness of a product. Should we believe there is room for improvement, you will be the first to know.

In a remarkable debut, we proudly present the very first Trumatic 5000 6kw fiber punch laser combination, seamlessly integrated with an automated sheet storage system and sorting process, utilising the innovative sheetmaster (an extremely productive fully automated manufacturing cell).

The precision and speed of laser cutting facilitate the production of complex shapes and patterns, even in small quantities. A wide array of materials with varying thicknesses are available and can be processed on our Trumpf lasers.

High-quality products are devoid of sharp edges, corners, burrs, or protruding parts. Arbèl efficiently and quickly deburrs all products using the most advanced machines available today. A precision product is complete, accurate, meets all quality standards, and is meticulously finished.

Edges, bending, and flattening are performed to create perfect angles in a flat sheet. On the Trumpf bending machines, we operate swiftly and efficiently, yet this does not impede our high precision. Arbèl can provide marking and scratch-free edge and bending work.

Through drilling and tapping, we can equip sheet metal components with holes and threads. If desired, the component can be included in our assembly as part of a product assembly.

An innovative and widely adopted technique used by us for creating strong and sustainable connections is punctual and stud welding. The controlled application of heat, pressure, and current facilitates the melting process of the metal at specific connection points. The bond is impeccably secured and achieved with remarkable accuracy through the measurement technology on our punctual and stud welding machine.

Arbèll presses all conceivable tools and aids. Each component can be fitted with nuts and/or threaded ends, spacers, etc. using our pressing machine, without the need for other fastening methods. This processing technique ensures a precise connection.

Laser welding is a technology characterized by exceptional precision, enabling the creation of highly accurate welds with minimal heat input. This results in little to no distortion, often eliminating the need for post-processing due to the extremely refined appearance of the weld.

This advanced technique can be performed both with and without filler material and boasts numerous advantages over traditional welding methods.

Tig, Mig, Mag welding, hard and soft soldering. Arbèl can accommodate all forms of welding and soldering tasks. Moreover, Tig welding, the finer technique for small components, is exceptionally well-suited for Arbèl. Meticulous and exhibiting remarkable precision.

We can manage blasting in-house. This is for the purpose of cleaning the surface, eliminating weld discoloration, enhancing surface finishing, or preparing for another method of processing.

Premium laser engraving, featuring exceptional precision and exquisite detailing for both lines and text, suitable for items such as nameplates, logos, product or drawing numbers, progressive serial numbers, and much more. This method is particularly well-suited for High Tech (cleanroom) environments and the medical sector.

We possess all the necessary technology in-house for the products of tomorrow. In collaboration with established partners from the region, we fulfill any additional requirements to deliver a precision product perfectly in accordance with specifications outlined in the drawings.

By managing our own cleaning and packaging processes, we have ensured the final inspection step remains in-house. Arbèl meticulously cleans and packages in a cleanroom environment, guaranteeing the delivery of consistently high-quality precision products.
