Our production

The production of components or products can commence once we have the 3D drawings. These can be supplied by you or we can create them for you. Arbèl collaborates on manufacturability, material selection, and cost-effectiveness of a product. Should we believe there is room for improvement, you will be the first to know.

In a remarkable debut, we proudly present the very first Trumatic 5000 6kw fiber punch laser combination, seamlessly integrated with an automated sheet storage system and sorting process, utilising the innovative sheetmaster (an extremely productive fully automated manufacturing cell).

The precision and speed of laser cutting facilitate the production of complex shapes and patterns, in both small and large quantities. Our Trumpf lasers can process a wide array of materials of varying thicknesses.

High-quality products are devoid of sharp edges, corners, burrs, or protruding parts. Arbèl efficiently and quickly deburrs all products using the most advanced machines available today. A precision product is complete, accurate, meets all quality standards, and is meticulously finished.

We use our Trumpf press brakes to achieve the perfect bend in every plate. This ensures a fast, efficient process and guarantees exceptionally high accuracy. For a flawless finish, choose Arbèl’s bending, hemming and folding services—delivered entirely mark- and scratch-free.

Through drilling and tapping, we can add sheet metal components with holes and threads. These components may be included in a product assembly. Arbèl is also an expert in roll tapping, with this unique form of tapping there are no chips as the machine only re-arranges the material. This process is fully automated and performed on our punch-laser combination machine.

An innovative and widely adopted technique used by us for creating strong and sustainable connections is punctual and stud welding. The controlled application of heat, pressure, and current facilitates the melting process of the metal at specific connection points. The bond is impeccably secured and achieved with remarkable accuracy through the measurement technology on our punctual and stud welding machine.

Arbèll presses all conceivable tools and aids. Each component can be fitted with nuts and/or threaded ends, spacers, etc. using our pressing machine, without the need for other fastening methods. This processing technique ensures a precise connection.

Laser welding is a technology characterized by exceptional precision, enabling the creation of highly accurate welds with minimal heat input. This results in little to no distortion, often eliminating the need for post-processing due to the extremely refined appearance of the weld.

This advanced technique can be performed both with and without filler material and boasts numerous advantages over traditional welding methods.

Tig, Mig, Mag welding, hard and soft soldering. Arbèl can accommodate all forms of welding and soldering tasks. Moreover, Tig welding, the finer technique for small components, is exceptionally well-suited for Arbèl. Meticulous and exhibiting remarkable precision.

Premium laser engraving, featuring exceptional precision and exquisite detailing for both lines and text, suitable for items such as nameplates, logos, product or drawing numbers, progressive serial numbers, and much more. This method is particularly well-suited for High Tech (cleanroom) environments and the medical sector.
